Of an angry bootboy - Von roter erde, dreck & scherben
Here comes the debut album from " Of an Angry Bootboy". When you listen to this album with the fitting title 'Von roter Erde, Dreck & Scherben', you immediately notice the well-known, distinctive voice. Behind it is Broschi from Smart Violence. In contrast to the previous work in the other bands, this time the social-critical club was unpacked, garnished with deep insights into their own past and one or two pieces are also guaranteed to be a party. The intro is accompanied by 11 songs, which are musically very broad, from Oi to Ska to old school HC influences. The lyrics take up topics that have not already been covered 1000 times - keywords: bullying, increasing technological madness or enslavement by machines and the call to fight against it! There is no shortage of fun (especially in the pieces that use saxophone, piano and a full brass section) as well as the personal, often painful experiences that one has had as a skinhead over the last two decades. If you are looking for a cliché-free, sometimes thoughtful and brutally honest album, you will definitely find it here! Buy or die!
