Runes engraved slate stone coaster

These beautifully engraved schist coasters feature a circle of Armanen runes, carefully etched into the stone. The Armanen runes, or Armanen Futharkh, are a set of 18 symbolic runes, inspired by the ancient Younger Futhark runes. Created in 1902 by Austrian mystic Guido von List during a period of temporary blindness, these runes were later detailed in his work "Das Geheimnis der Runen" ("The Secret of the Runes"). Von List believed these runes to be linked to the Armanen, whom he envisioned as ancient Aryan priest-kings. Today, these runes remain significant in esoteric traditions and Germanic neopaganism, serving as powerful symbols of heritage and mysticism.
