Two years after the last rock album from Jens and his musical companions, the blades—in the form of guitars and drums—are sharpened once again, and there are 11 new songs, including an intro, all in a rock style. This time, it's all about Norse mythology, and you're in for a truly powerful concept album. I have to be completely honest: at first, I found the idea rather boring, but what came out of it in the end more than impressed me. The album rocks, not least because Jens, as so often, plays with absolute mastery of his voice. He always hits exactly the right note for the moment. There's not much to say about the music itself; these guys know exactly what they're doing with their instruments. Period.
