It has been exactly 48 years since Ian Stuart appeared on John Peel's show with Skrewdriver. Peel was one of England's most influential radio presenters and was known for his love of underground music. Due to Skrewdriver's reputation, the four songs recorded there unfortunately only made it onto the radio once or twice. Over the years, there have been several releases of these songs, but the quality was usually very poor. By chance, we came across remastered recordings of these songs – and the difference is more than audible! These classics have been given a whole new feel! To accompany these historic recordings from that era, you will also receive Ian Stuart's handwritten band diary from “Tumbling Dice,” Skrewdriver's predecessor band. In addition to the diary, there is further interesting information from this era of rebellious rock ‘n’ roll.
